I hope this Thanksgiving found you well with many blessings for the holiday season! No matter what your situation or your current status may be, continue to let those things that your thankful for shine through! Life is truly a gift, live each day as if it were your last, love as if you can never be hurt, and give to those less fortunate. Thank you all for being just one of the things I’m thankful for this holiday season!
These last three weeks have been a journey of love and understanding. I have been continuing with my treatment which feels more like putting a band aid on a gushing wound. Sometimes we just go with the status quo because that is what everyone around us wants us to do. I have said from the beginning that quality of life is far more important to me than the quantity of it! I look around at all the patients that have terminal diagnosis’s and realize that I need to do more, be more of the light that they need in their moments of darkness. A robust laugh, a single smile, or a soft teddy bear can make a difference!
I am running a fundraiser currently to help some families during this Holiday season! Please take a moment to help someone who is not so fortunate this season!

Like a heartbeat my life has been a series of ups and downs, peaks and valleys, and through all it. I have found that I am truly better off while helping others. I am far from perfect and God only knows how I’ve made it this long, but it is my desire to leave a legacy of love and caring. Please join me this holiday season in making others smile or laugh!
